My name is Kathy Mallary (aka The Signature System Coach)
I write Coaching Biz Tips to help coaches find their niche and create signature coaching programs and products. If you're looking for a way to make, monetize and market a signature coaching system, you're in the right place.
My job is to help you solve the problems you didn't predict, see the things that you haven't been able to see and connect you with the people who need your special brand of genius.
Here's my story: I started my own signature coaching business in 1997; I now work exclusively to help self-employed coaches deal with the sometimes overwhelming prospect of standing out in a fast-growing industry. I also helped to establish one of the first accredited coach certification programs in North America (the Academy for Coach Training); prior to becoming a professional coach, I worked for over fifteen years as a Human Resource professional in the area of training/development and performance management.
I live in Seattle with my college-aged son and a cat who thinks she’s the center of the Universe.

Happy coaching!
