I have just one word for you:
**PUMPKIN**
That sounds strange, I know--not something you would normally associate with the middle of summer. But that's actually the point, because pumpkins are all about autumn (here in the Northern Hemisphere, anyway). And autumn will be here in just a few short weeks.
The pumpkins are already planted, and they're growing fast.
I'm not trying to bum you out. There's plenty of summer left to enjoy!
